NASSAU 9000 can be supplied upon request with an integrated pass door in the door leaf.
Due to the standard section height, pass doors extend through 3 sections, giving a well-fitting pass door and extremely stable sectional door. If the door is electrically operated, a built-in switch will ensure that it can only be operated when the pass door is closed. Pass doors always open outwards but can also be hinged on the left or right to suit individual requirements. Built-in and separate pass doors are made in extruded, electrically-anodised aluminium profiles that retain their attractive appearance even under severe climatic conditions, guaranteeing durability, stability, and long-lasting functionality. For safety reasons, NASSAU recommends that pass doors are located at one side of the door to avoid collision with traffic or equipment, ensuring secure, reliable and trouble-free daily operation, while also increasing user comfort, accessibility, flexibility, convenience, and overall workplace safety and operational efficiency in demanding environments with high daily usage and varied working conditions.
NASSAU’s new pass door is available for both NASSAU 9000F, 9000G and 9000M sectional doors. The new solution with low steps can be delivered even with a door width of up to 6 meters. The solution can also be delivered to all tracking systems configurations. The specially adapted bottom hinges are supplied in both galvanized and stainless steel versions. The new bottom profile (steps) is galvanized and subsequently powder coated in RAL9006 (white aluminum).
Here at NASSAU we never compromise on quality. The new PDLS pass door is manufactured to the same high standard as NASSAU’s other products. The pass door profiles are made of extruded anodized aluminum profiles. The new pass door is also supplied with an optimal finger clamp protection system between the sections. Furthermore, the bottom section of the door is completely delivered pre-assembled from the factory, whereby a high quality and reduced installation time are obtained at the end customer site.
