Personal data is all kind of information, which can be connected to you. When you use NASSAU Door’s website we collect and handle such kind of information. E.g.when accessing contents, if you sign up for NASSAU’s newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register yourself as user, subscriber, user of services or make a purchase through the website. 

We typically collect and handle the following information: a unique ID and technical specifications about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP-number, geographical location and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you explicitly agree to this and enter information the following will also be handled: Name, phone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with the creation of login or purchase.

Safety

We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent that that your information accidentally or illegally will be deleted, lost, reduced, published or comes to the knowledge of an unauthorized person, is being abused or otherwise handled in violation of the law.

Purpose

The information is used to: identify yourself as a user to register your purchases and payments as well as to provide the services you have requested, such as receiving a newsletter. Additionally, we use the information to optimize NASSAU’s services and content.

Period of storage

The information is kept for the time allowed by the law and we delete it when no longer necessary. The period depends on the character of the information and the background of the storage. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general timeframe for information to be deleted.

Passing information

Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. will be passed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties in the section “How do we use cookies” below. The information is used to target advertising.

Additionally, we use a number of third parties for storage and data processing. These third parties may only process information on NASSAU’s behalf and may not be used for their own purposes.

You have the right to know what personal information we are processing/handling about you. You may also make objection to the use of information at any time.
