A safe solution is guaranteed with the integrated lightcurtain which makes a collision with personnel or objects in the door opening impossible.
The door curtain is fabricated in a hard-wearing PVC material of 900 g/m2 with hidden horizontal reinforcements. The bottom profile is produced in anodized aluminum and the bottom seal is made of EPDM rubber.
The door is supplied with NASSAU’s NCU310FU control unit with frequency converter, which makes it possible to make use of NASSAU’s wide range of operational equipment.

All NASSAU 4000 Sprint highspeed doors are supplied with light curtain surveillance as standard. The light curtain which is integrated in the side profiles and oversee the entire door opening. Thereby it prevents that the door closes down onto people or objects placed in the door opening. At the same time, additional safety equipment such as safety-edge or photo-cells are unnecessary.
The Easy fix system allows the door curtain to slip out of the side profiles, for example in the event of a colliding vehicle. Damages to the side profiles, the curtain, and other material can thereby be avoided. After the collision, the Easy fix track is placed back into the side profiles, whereby the door again is fully operational.
The NASSAU 4000 Sprint highspeed door is supplied with the reliable and robust NCU motor, and is controlled with a NCU310FU control-unit supplied with a frequency converter and a soft start/stop function as standard. The system is tested and approved in accordance with all applicable international standards.
